We are so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. IBM was a great company because of the great people who were part of it. People who cared about doing the very best for our customers, but also cared about supporting each other... Nick was one of our family.

I had the too short of pleasure to know Nick and remain in touch with his family through the many bumps and challenges that arose during the rough times as the old IBM which Nick so graciously exemplified to the new WOKE and fragile shadow of that former great institution. What a great family to have had the chance to know. They carry on a great legacy that will live on in Nick's name. God bless you all.

I had the blessing of having Dad as my father-in-law for 43 years. He and Mom were the best example of what a good marriage and family should be. Dad was a great example to my children. They never missed a baseball game, soccer game, swim meet, baptism or graduation. They raised a wonderful son, Michael, my husband. Dad always gave the best advice which if followed brought happiness and prosperity. We enjoyed countless family dinners at Mom and Dad's home and we are carrying on that tradition with our family. Family was everything to Dad. Dad loved cookies, we referred to him as the "cookie monster". It was my privileged to provide him with his cookies. It was a small way to repay Dad for all of his kindness to me and my family. Dad had the best sense of humor and was a great joke teller, always brightened my day. I admired his dedication to his Church, he truly was a child of God.We have beautiful pieces of his stained glass in our home and they are loving reminders of his artistic ability. I will miss him greatly, but I know that he is now with his beloved wife and family members that now reside in Heaven. Dad will always be one of my heroes. I hope I can live my life the way Dad did, family and God first. Kathy Romano
