Bill was my best friend and my roommate as we were growing up in our bedroom in Tucson!! I followed him into DEA in the early seventies, and he was again my best friend, rendering advice as to how to survive the mean streets of NYC!! After we both retired, we started cruising and traveled together with our wives to many countries and foreign capitals!! I shall miss my brother, fellow cruiser and fellow DEA Agent and would like for god to Bless our Coonce Family!!
