“Dad E” was such a fun and loving man that I will remember with a smile and laugh. He loved to give me a hard time each time I saw him because I am a Native Texan and Dallas Cowboys fan. I got to know he and Mom Jerri thru their daughter, Debbie Grissom. I bowled a few seasons with Ed, Debbie and another HoneyBaked Ham employee, Ethel Reed. Our team name was “Ed’s Chicks”, we had so much fun and I cherish the memories, When Jerri died, we were all shocked, but so grateful that a Debbie and her sisters and brother, took care of Ed.
