1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 13 says, "If, indeed, there is no resurrection, then Christ has not been raised up from the dead." Since Christ was raised up, then surely the dead will be resurrected. Hope in Jehovah God who can raise Joan Romano back to life in God's Kingdom. The Bible and the website jw.org will help us see how real the resurrection hope is.
