Obituary of Vaughn Leslie Morrison

Vaughn L Morrison, 69, of Lowell, Michigan died peacefully in his sleep Thursday February 1, 2024 in Tucson, AZ. His heart began failing early November with double pneumonia, and later Covid took his life. He was grateful to all of the staff at Northwest Hospital in Tucson and the Heart Team at Banner in Phoenix for all of their excellent care.

Surviving him are his loving wife, Marjorie (nee: Forester) of 44 years, daughters Leah and Leslie, brother Lyle and Linda Morrison, sister-in-law Peggy and Tom Bull and many nieces, nephews and cousins who will all remember him fondly. 

He studied geology at Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Vaughn's career in distribution management lasted well over 25 years at Amway Corporation. Vaughn was known for his loyalty, honesty and integrity. He was most comfortable out in Nature. He was an avid sportsman, loving deer hunting and bird hunting with his English Setters. 

Vaughn and Marjie loved photography and enjoyed taking images of hummingbirds and butterflies along with other wildlife. They wintered in Tucson and spent summers at their home in Michigan. 

The family is planning a celebration of life at a later date.
