Obituary of Marilyn Kay Wilson

Marilyn Kay Wilson passed away peacefully on February 5, 2023 surrounded by family at age 88.

Marilyn was born on September 8, 1934 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late: Eleanor and Estel Burton. After graduating high school she worked as an airline stewardess and loved her job. She married the love of her life Bob in 1955 and had two children, David and Bobbi Jo. They raised their family in Tipp City, Ohio moving to Tucson shortly after Bobbi Jo graduated high school. Marilyn loved to read, play cards, and take trips to the casinos. She also loved to visit with her grandchildren and great grandchildren who she loved dearly. Marilyn resided in Tucson until her death.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bob Wilson. She leaves behind her younger brother Richard Burton, who lives in Oxford, Indiana; her daughter Bobbi Jo (Bill) DeCook of Tucson, AZ and her son David (Gail) Wilson of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren include Kristina (Ryan) Blotkamp and Lisa (Paul) Schroeder; great-great grandchildren include Kaylee, Cole, Cason and Rylan.

Her life will be celebrated by family in Tucson, AZ.
