Obituary of Connie Mae Cooley

On November 1, 2022, Connie Mae Cooley, 72, passed away in her home in Tucson, AZ. Surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her Husband Fieldon Cooley, her three children: Tom Cooley (Melissa Cooley), Terri Davisworth (Ernest Davisworth), Christine Blauert (Jason Blauert); and her 7 grandchildren: Taylor Cooley, Carson Cooley, McKenzie Cooley, Maitlyn Davisworth, Cody Davisworth, Avrie Blauert, Rylee Blauert. Connie was preceded in death by her father Robert Stewart and her mother Velta.

Born in Tucson Arizona on November 30, 1949. Connie met her husband in High School and were married on January 11th, 1969 and had 3 beloved children together. Connie was a stay-at-home mom with her children and was always volunteering at the school they attended and chaperoning on field trips, Connie was like a second mother to so many over the years. She continued to be a stay-at-home grandmother, where she also did some volunteering in their school and chaperoning on their field trips. Even though Connie loved her grandchildren more than anything she loved quilting, sewing and embroidery and was always creating clothing, gifts, and holiday decorations for everyone.

Everyone who knew Connie knew how special she was. Connie was full of light and joy, traits that were obvious to all after even just a single meeting with her.

Services for Connie will be held at Adair Funeral Home on November 26th at 11:00am located at 8090 N. Northern Ave. Oro Valley, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Pima Animal Care Center as everyone knows Connie loved her dogs almost as much as her children and grandchildren.
