Obituary of Margi C White

Margi C. White passed peacefully in her home October 5, 2022. Margi was born November 26, 1963, into a large and loving family in Tucson, Arizona. She attended Amphitheater High School. In 1986, Margi met the love her life, Mark White, and together they had Geoffrey White and Ally (White) Thompson. Margi was the incredibly generous, showing her unconditional love through actions, kind words, and heartfelt hugs. Her heart and home were always open. She had a smile that could light up a room and a joy for life that was contagious. Margi had a love for life and laughter, and the ability to remain strong during the hardest moments in life. She was a role model to many. She was deeply loved by her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers. She was a successful businesswoman who prided her ability to be pragmatic in her approach to challenges. Margi is survived by her children, Geoffrey (McKenna) White, Ally (Ian) Thompson and her precious grandchildren, Huck and Max Thompson, siblings Rosie (Bill) Gleeson, Kathy (Billy 2016) Moyer, Gail (George) Hoyos, and Robert (Debbie) Hunnicutt and numerous nieces and nephews who adored her.  She was preceded in death by her husband Mark White (2007), father John (1979) mother Janice (2018) brothers John (2018) and Ross (1974).  A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 28^th at 11 am at Adair Funeral Home-Avalon Chapel, 8090 N Northern Ave, Tucson, AZ.  A “celebration of life” party will be held after service at a nearby family member’s home.  Address will be provided at service.  In lieu of flowers family asks that you consider a donation to Toys for Tots.
