I will miss Donna. I met her at CDO Bible Church when she was an Usher. She also was at our Senior Potlucks; game day AND during Covid she came to our Sewing Group to help when we made masks for our Veterans. She was a caring, loving person and she will be missed. My condolences to the family.

I was so saddened to hear of the sudden and unexpected death of Donna. Donna was such a lively, energetic, friendly person. I first met Donna at church, (CDO Bible Church in Tucson, AZ.) She signed up to be a greeter and because of her outgoing personality she was a natural! About a year ago she moved from her apartment to an assisted living apartment close to where I live. She enjoyed this new place because there was more for her to do. Bingo games, entertainment, bus shuttle for shopping, 3 prepared meals a day (she said she put on 10 lbs!) and Sunday drives. Her only complaint was there were "so many OLD people there!" My husband and I often picked her up and took her to church socials, potlucks, Sr. women's Got Game day, and other events. She was always ready and waiting when we picked her up. Always upbeat and chatty about her "boys", her grandkids, and greatgrand kids! She loved them all very much and was so proud of each and everyone of them. Donna's passing was such a shock because she was so full of life.....and because she often talked and shared the shock she felt at the death of her husband a few years back...who she said was so full of life and the love of her life. Donna missed him terribly. I pray that she is with him again. Rest in peace, Donna.

Molly, thank you for sharing your memories of Donna. She often spoke of the very nice couple who picked her up for church functions. We really appreciated your kindness. She certainly did love her family and was excited to get photos to share with her friends. Thank you for taking the time to remember Donna.

I met Donna when she volunteered to be an usher. She had a gift in greeting people and making them feel welcome. I will miss her smile, and her texts with updates on the grand kids and great grand kids.

Donna was a lovely, vivacious lady I was privileged to know for only the last year of her life. I met her at a lunch occasion and continued to see her many Sundays as she served as an usher, welcoming people and handing out bulletins before the 11 a.m. service. She didn't mind being an up-front person, or sitting alone, since she usually sat in one of the first few rows right in front of the preacher. I admired her for that.

I was blessed to know Donna from church in Arizona. She always had a smile and words of encouragement for me. She is missed by her church family.

Donna was a wonderful neighbor and friend! She always told us she picked us out to be their neighbor when she sold us the house next door on 14th St. We sure missed them both when they got the motor home and traveled! Then eventually wound up in Bloomington. I know she was happiest to be around her boys and their families.
Our prayers to you all at this time.
