My Memere provided love and support when no one else was there for me, which is when a person needs it the most. Her advice, to “give it to God,” allowed me to find peace in frustrating circumstances. Her faith was important to her, but its strength also comforted me during difficult times. I feel grateful to have had such a kind, caring person present in my life, and she will be loved and remembered, even in absence.
