Obituary of Joan Einbecker

Joan Einbecker, 94, passed away after a brief illness on March 23, 2022 in Tucson, AZ. Joan was born in Urbana, IL on May 19, 1927 to the late Kenneth and Opal Lipe. Joan is survived by her sister Kathryn of Oro Valley, her son Roger (Nancy) of Aurora, IL, daughter Linda Hanes (Brian) of New Mexico and grandchildren Kelly Einbecker of Naperville, IL and Brett Einbecker of Roanoke, IN. She was preceded in death by son James, brother Jack and husband Thomas. Joan was a devoted mother and friend. She had a warm sense of humor and always had a good word and a smile for others. She enjoyed gardening, collecting antiques, traveling and had a fondness for her Shih Tzus. Services will be private.
