To Pauline and Family: my sincerest condolences to you. I was a young police officer who had the pleasure of working for Frank after he took his promotion to lieutenant. Shared many a story with him, he always gave great advice, a truly smart and kind person. I miss those days. Hold on to your memories dearly, that is what will get you through this tough time.
