Kim, Nana Sherry, and Family,

Jaleisa was so capable of consoling other in their time of need. My husband Scot had back surgery in 2017. Jaleisa came to our house. She sat with him and visited him for a couple hours. By the time she left he was laughing so hard!
About a year later, Jaleisa called me at about 11:30 at night. She had found a lost dog in the middle of the road. She wanted an emergency phone number for a dog rescue group. She knew I would know who she could call. She had no idea what time it was. That was Jaleisa, always there for everyone. People and animals alike.
Sweet little girl, I will miss you forever!

Jaleisa Xoxo Fiercely loved her family and friends . Jaleisa was devoted to those she loved & those who loved her . Her smile could light up a room . Her cute giggle and twinkle in her eyes , radiated love and life . Jaleisa, her cousin Levi and their friend Jake ( our son ) loved a good prank , especially , when played on Nana Sherry . Nanny Sherry was always a good sport ! After the prank was a success ( according to the 3 of them ) they would tell and re-tell the outcome, with robust glee ! I can hear the 3 of them laughing in heaven now ! I remember that Jaleisa, was determined to get her driver’s license. She longed for the freedom and independence this would bring her . Her Mom Kim ? Maybe was not as excited as Jaleisa, but was equally as proud when Jaleisa became an Az. Licensed Driver Her goal met and celebrated ! I always admired her beautifully manicured nails usually with a pop of bling bling bling included. Jaleisa was kind , compassionate and loving , and I am sure she learned those attributes from her mom, as well as others who showered her with love . The love you give , is the love that you get. I know in my heart , Jaleisa is in the very presence of love ~ John 3:16~ My husband Peter and I are so very sorry to hear of Jaleisa’s homegoing . Kim, You, your family and friends are in our hearts and prayers, Beth & Peter La JOY Rejoicing in life and life eternal , while holding onto HOPE always !

While we did not know Jaleisa personally we have been able to experience her wonderful spirit, amazing character of heart, and lovely countenance through the family and friends that she has effected through her time she had with us.
