Obituary of Anthony Pretto
Anthony Mark Pretto, age 33, passed away suddenly but peacefully in late December, 2021. He was born in August, 1988 in Whittier City, Los Angeles, California to parents Helen and Fred Pretto. Anthony was a people person; no matter where he went, he made a friend. He was always seen with friends and family, devoting much of his time to the people closest to him. He had a heart of gold, lending a hand to those who had nowhere to turn. His undying faith and wisdom brought people out of the darkest holes and inspired them to change for the better. Since he was little, Anthony had a gift for art. He made drawings out of any material, wrote rap lyrics along to instrumental tracks, and even designed tattoos and sculptures for loved ones. His art lives on for us to admire and share. He was also known for his sarcastic, witty sense of humor. As soon as he entered a room, it would be filled with laughter and smiles. No one could match his hypothetical jokes. Anthony is survived by his mother, Helen Pretto; his father, Fred Pretto; his sister, Jonie Pretto; his half-sister, Adorabelle and her two children; his cousins, AJ and John Clemente; his aunts, Rose Nuqui and Nadia Pretto-Powell; his uncles, Guy, Philip, and Robert Pretto; his grandfather and wife, Daniel and Elizabeth Pretto; and his grandmother, Gladys Dal. All of these he kept close to his heart. He loved whole-heartedly and touched everyone deeply.
