Bill was always a colleague who I could feel a real connection with, we worked in the same field/world and I will miss just knowing he is there. Whenever I reached out to Bill, I felt I was connecting with a friend who would be kind, considerate, helpful and real. He was mature and in this work for the right reasons, easy, uncompetitive, mission driven and generous..he really was someone special in our field.... Bill is a loss to our field....."may his memory be eternal"...
