Obituary of Kimberly Ann Davis
Kimberly Ann Davis was born on June 17 1981 to Melvar (Shayne) McCoy, “Dad” Linwood McCoy Jr and “Biological Father” Webster Brown in Wilmington Delaware.
Early in life Kim was very inquisitive, she questioned everything. She had a unique way of looking at the world. She had a vibrant energy that affected everyone she encountered.
Kim was honest and direct in her communications, and she generally spoke her mind.
Kim graduated from William Penn High School. She was into all the arts. She graduated college with Bachelors in Business Administration.
She always had a love for arts, writing books, stories, and drawing. She found her love of crafting after moving to Arizona and starting her business ‘Touch of Nubia.’ She loved her children, parents and siblings, especially her nephew and nieces. Her children are her pride and joy. She was a very social and outgoing person.
She was married to Brian Moore for a short time. In that marriage she birthed Candice.
In her life she found a clarity for life and was happy and started to reach out to others to share the knowledge she learned. She was wise and very gifted beyond her years.
Kim was preceded in death by her brother Linwood Davis, her grandmother, Rachel Davis; aunts, Betty Little and “Bae” Verbertina Redden; nephew, Gregory P Davis, JR, Niece, Quatifah Unique Davis
Kim is survived by her mother and father Melvar McCoy and Linwood McCoy Jr; her children, Candice Moore, and Quintin Brown; three brothers, Greg Sr (Eugena), Timothy (her twin), and Nashir Davis; Sisters April and Monica, (Chosen Sister) Jaden Lee (Jonajah Abdussabuur) and a host of cousins, nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, and friends.
