Ethel we are sorry for your loss. Uncle Sam was also my godfather and to me was a happy go lucky guy, nothing seemed to bother him. Uncle Sam we are glad that you were finally recognized for your service to this country and we are very proud of you for that. There are many fond memories and there have been many stories that have been told sitting around the dining room table about the Lagravinese family and growing up in the City. I called them stories but really it is our family history which we should not forget and pass along to future generations. Uncle Sam you will be missed more than you know. Rest In Peace Terry and Ed

Uncle Sam - My godfather The best times were when you used to visit me in MA! I remember picking you up from the airport and thinking "There is a Gloria Estaban concert on TV tonight. I'll have to tape it as I'm sure my uncle won't want to watch." Two minutes later Uncle Sam said "Can we watch the Gloria Estaban concert on TV tonight??" So we got to enjoy it together! We went on shopping trips to Rockport shoes, got your teeth fixed at my ex-husband's dental office, and you fixed all the "leaky things" in my house. We enjoyed coming to FL for all your birthday parties, thinking at each one that this may be your last. You fooled us and kept going stronger than ever! But the best was when I visited you in FL and you made tons of homemade sausage for me to bring home! Best sausage ever! You will be sorely missed, Uncle Sam. Rest in Peace. Rosanne
