Glenn was always such a warm and personable guy. When he came into my lab for 6 months he was an immediate friend to everyone, He formed close bonds with members of my lab, especially on the basketball court. It also marked the beginning of a long lasting friendship between us and signalled the start of many visits at U of A and various meetings. I am grieved to hear of his passing and send my condolences to his family.

I will always have fond memories of our college days as MANC Pioneers. We were kindred spirits as Iowa boys who were on the same page in our observations, insights, and amusements of our Iowa Nazarene heritage. We even both had VW bugs for our cars. We were roommates for two of our four years at MANC and he was my best man at our wedding. My life is richer for having experienced his friendship. Godspeed J.Glenn
