Obituary of Dorothy Ellen Hall

Dorothy Ellen Hall, 66, passed away July 7, 2021, at home in Tucson, Arizona. Dorothy Ellen was born October 29, 1954, in Bisbee, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilson Hall and mother, Dorothy Hall (Sticht). She is survived by her brother Jack W. Hall (Carmen) of Hamilton, Montana, her close cousins, and adopted family Mary and Nancy Gilland and Linda LaPointe of Tucson, Arizona and niece Kelly McKee of Hamilton, Montana.

Dorothy Ellen was raised in Bisbee, Arizona and was a graduate of Bisbee High School. After the death of her mother, Ellen lived with her cousins Mary and Nancy Gilland in Benson and then Tucson.

Dorothy Ellen loved being with family. Her spirit enveloped all who came to know her. She was caring, very kind and had a loving and generous heart. She will be missed by all those she touched.

No formal services will be held. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Arizona. The family suggests that memorials be made to the National Down Syndrome Society.
