Obituary of Joanne E St. Pierre

 

 

Joanne passed away Dec 18, 2020, she was born Feb 14, 1954

to Geraldine and Charles D’Oca who preceded her in death.

Joanne was an all-breed dog and cat groomer, it was her love of

animals that led her to this short-lived career, it was too physically

demanding so she took on another one of her talents, cooking.

She was an excellent chef. In 1991 she was hired as a chef in

Southern France to cook daily meals for an Archeological dig;

it was an opportunity of a lifetime and left her with many wonderful

memories. After coming back to the States, she continued working as a Chef.

Her hobbies were making jewelry and sketching.

She married Walter St. Pierre with whom she remained friends until the end.

Joanne will be sorely missed by her Family and Friends. She is survived by

her sister Denise (Cliff) Fortunato, brothers Mike (Kristin) D’Oca,

Tony (Chris) D’Oca and many family members including nieces and nephews

of whom she loved and adored.

Due to the pandemic a private service will be held in the future.
