Obituary of Geneva Elizabeth Ford

Geneva Elizabeth Ford, 102, of Tucson, Arizona passed away August 26, 2020. She was born on April 23, 1918 in Berthoud, Colorado to Walter and Elizabeth (Hohnhorst) Nero.

Geneva grew up in Colorado farming country, taught elementary school in Illinois, Colorado and Arizona. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling by motor home and spending her summers in Show Low, Arizona. She enjoyed her crafts and especially her quilting.

Geneva is survived by her daughter Sylvia J. Fitt and son Richard J. Lansky (wife Cora), 4 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren (plus one expected soon). She was preceded in death by her first husband George Lansky and second husband Don Ford.

A private family celebration of her life will be planned at a later date.
