Obituary of Barbara Ann Glassner

Barbara A. Glassner, 82 years old, went to the Lord on June 27, 2020. She was a resident of Green Valley for 23 years, born to Thomas and Ann (Kaiski) Grant on February 13, 1938 in Madison, SD and she moved to Inglewood, CA. As a child she graduated from St. Joseph Catholic Church High School in Inglewood, CA in 1956.

She is survived by her Daughter Catherine A. Stibich, grandson Brian T. Stibich and his Fiancé, Brandi Curtis. She was a very loving mother and grandmother.

On April 7, 1956 she married Robert J. Glassner for 21 years and divorced in June of 1979. As a single woman she worked in sales for Sylvenia Lighting in Los Angeles, California as a loan officer for American Saving and retired with Bank of America as a Sr. loan officer in Orange, CA in 2004. She was in many bridge clubs throughout her life, she loved dogs and to travel. She loved to square dance back in the 90’s and just have fun.

Per her request there will be no services. She would say to all of her friends and family; to enjoy life and to stop and smell the roses.

She will be missed dearly but never forgotten.
