Obituary of Shawn Johnson

G. Shawn Johnson, 47, of Tucson Arizona, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020.

He was born in Tucson Arizona on November 25, 1972 to Gary Kenneth Johnson and Nancy Lynn Simmons (Jacobus).

He is survived by both of his parents and his two sons, Chris Johnson (Celia) and Josh Johnson.

He is also survived by his sister, Kelly Priestley (Steven) and his nephew Luke Juckett.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Kenneth and Donna Johnson and Charlie Jacobus.

He was a lifelong fan of the Minnesota Vikings, WWE and Star Wars.

Shawn worked for Action Vending for many years, while also working passionately in his sports Jerseys business. Up until the day he passed, he was processing orders. Something he truly enjoyed.

Shawn’s eyes showed nothing short of pride when he looked at his two sons. He loved them so dearly, and everyone knew that. We all knew that he was truly blessed to be able to see his oldest son get married just 6 days prior to his passing. He held on, just for that.

Father, son, brother and dear friend of many. He will be truly missed, and never forgotten.
