Obituary of Eleanor B Schaeffer

Celebrating the LIFE of Eleanor “Ellie” Schaeffer Ellie was born on November 8, 1928 in Syracuse, NY.

Her mother, Nellie Carroll, raised her along with her two brothers, Don and Charlie.

She met a handsome man, H Paul Schaeffer, and they were married in 1946. They had 2 children, Carol in 1950 and Alan in 1954.

She was the hardest worker anyone ever knew and was a District Sales Manager for Avon for many years.

In 1978 Paul and Ellie moved to Tucson, AZ and enjoyed the warmer weather and the sunny days.

They had 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Ellie loved Jesus, her family, working hard, flowers, birds, music and reading.

Ellie lived the fullest life you can imagine and went to meet Jesus on April 28, 2020.
