Obituary of Teresa M. Martinez

It is with great sadness to announce that Teresa Martinez, Oracle, Az has passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019 at the age of 82 in Tucson, Arizona. Teresa was born on November 11, 1936 to Manuel P. Moreno and Guadalupe Moreno. Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel P. and Guada-lupe Moreno, infant sons, Francisco and Jose M. Guzman, brothers, Manuel and Joe Moreno, sisters, Sara Cooney and Patsy Hatch, and husband, Jesus Martinez. Teresa will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Rosalia (Rich-ard) Amado of Oracle, Az, Yolanda (Harold) Francis, and son, Eddie (Beth) Guzman, of Tucson, Az. She will be forever remembered by brothers, Rodolfo M. (Margaret) Moreno of Oracle, Az, Bobby (Glo-ria) Moreno of Tucson, Az, Louisa Baldenegro (Ralph) of Diamondbar, CA, Cecilia Quintana (Henry) of Glendale, CA, and Evie Haro (Sal) of Casa Grande, Az. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Mammoth, Az. Viewing at 9:00 a.m., rosary at 9:30 a.m. and funeral mass at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Rev. Msgr. Ambrose O. Nwohu. Internment immediately following mass at the Oracle Cemetery, Oracle, Az. Reception will be held at St. Helen Catholic Parish hall, Oracle, Az. Teresa will be remembered as a loving mother, caring family member, devout Catholic, her love of the color green, music and her sense of humor.
