Obituary of Jack Lee Cassels

Jack Lee Cassels, 86, of Tucson, passed away on September 14, 2019 at the Casa de la Luz Hospice in Tucson, AZ. He was born on November 9, 1932 to Willie and Myrtis (Truitt) Cassels at Osage, OK. He graduated from West High School in Phoenix, AZ. He served in the United States Air Force as a Jet Fighter Aircraft Mechanic for 4 years (1952-1956). He retired from Mountain Bell Phone Company after 33 years of service. He was a member of Tucson Mountain Baptist Church. Jack is survived by his loving spouse of 59 years Judy. His sons Curt, Scott and Bruce. His grandchildren Scott, Simeon, Desmond, and Emma. He was preceded in death by Father, Willie Lee Cassels, Mother, Myrtis Matilda Cassels and Brother, William Harold Cassels. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019, 11:00 am at the Tucson Mountain Baptist Church, Tucson, AZ with Pastor Jay George officiating.
