Frank was so sweet and so considerate. He always thought about the needs of others and, as noted in his obituary, he was an inspiration for others—a shining light in the world. I always looked forward to seeing him whenever I visited Tucson, where he and his parents were the perfect hosts. Rest in Peace, Dear Soul.
