Obituary of Gary Lee Propernick

Gary Lee Propernick, 68, of Tucson, passed away on August 9th, 2019, at the Oro Valley Hospital, AZ. He was born on January 9th, 1951, to Frank and Elizabeth (Irwin) Propernick in Salida, CO. He attended Buena Vista High School, played on the HS football team and was homecoming king. He went to the University of Northern Colorado from 1969 - 1974 and gained a degree in Business Administration. Gary worked as a Business Manager for Saudi Aramco for 28 years. On 26th September, 1986, he married Stella Ashton at the York Registry Office, York, England. He is survived by Stella, his wife of almost 33 years, and their two sons: Zak, 31, who was born in York, and Jake, 28, born in Los Angeles, CA. Gary and Stella lived in Tucson, AZ, for 9 years. He was preceded in death by his Father, Frank Joseph Propernick.
