Obituary of Carl LeRoy Hall
Carl LeRoy Hall was born in Ridgecrest, California on September 12, 1970 to loving parents, Carl Watson and Linda Marie Hall. He passed away at his home in Tucson, Arizona on April 1, 2019. He is survived by his brothers Micah, Spencer, David and Jason; sisters Alice, Elizabeth, Johanna, Charity Brown (Rick) and Stephanie Buie (Cameron). He grew up in Ridgecrest and graduated from Sherman E. Burroughs High School (BHS) in June 1988 where he had been active in drama and the marching band playing many different instruments as a gifted musician. Shortly after graduating from BHS, he joined the United States Army and served in Germany. After the Army, he pursued many different careers and enjoyed his time with Microsoft. His passion for music led him to play in a band called Black Sun Ensemble. Slowburn Records produced their first album called "Behind the Purple Clouds" in which Carl played percussion. Their latest album called "Cobracalia" was also produced by Slowburn Records in Tucson, AZ in which Carl played the Dumbek and Congas Drums. He also drummed for a dance studio in Tucson. Carl made every single person feel that no matter what, he had all the time in the world for them. Carl's passion and his generosity of spirit allowed him to connect with EVERYBODY, crossing all difference and obstacles. No matter the stress, Carl moved through this world with grace and kindness. The fast growing Facebook messages are a testament to Carl's spirit, extraordinary power of kindness and shows his impact on people, who's lives he deeply touched by his contagious faith in everyone, his unfathomable enthusiasm, his transcendent empathy and compassion, his unmatched energy and love, his roaring laugh and relentless sense of humor. He had the biggest heart, the sharpest mind and the most encompassing soul ever lent this earth. He will be sorely missed by his many friends and family who know and love him for the music he brought into their lives. His Memorial Service will be held in Adair Funeral Home Dodge Chapel., 1050 N. Dodge Blvd., Tucson, Arizona 85716 on April 7, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
