Obituary of Peggy Lee Stith

Peggy Lee Stith passed away on March 20, 2019 at Tucson Medical Center. She was born on April 13, 1951 to Dr. Lee and Bettye Jo Stith. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Lee and Bettye Jo. She is survived by lifelong friends, Helen Miles, Gordon Hadden, Kathy Tietz and cousins Phil Knowles and Mary Ann Tatum. Peggy graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree. She furthered her education by attending colleges in California and Colorado. Peggy loved to travel, loved adventures and loved people. She was always happy and willing to help anyone. She always had a great story to tell and shared with all who would listen. Peggy loved to cook and experimented with new cuisines and her favorite part of cooking was sharing her creations and meals with her friends. Peggy never met a stranger and had friends all over the country. Peggy was an amazing woman and friend, she especially loved children and animals. She chose to volunteer at Eagles Wings of Grace, International. During her time volunteering, she met many women from all different walks of life and loved sharing her time with them. A special celebration of life will be held in honor of her birthday on April 13, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
