Obituary of John Lawrence Shockey

SHOCKEY, John Lawrence 90, of Tucson, AZ, went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2019. John served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean war. He thereafter served on the Chicago Police Dept. and retired as a Detective before moving to Tucson in 1975. John is preceded in death by his daughter, Maureen, and is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara, his daughter, Bridget, his granddaughters, Kelly, Megan and Kathleen, and his niece, Karole. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, 10 a.m. at Son Life Chapel, 2955 W Ironwood Hill Dr, Tucson, AZ 85745. Donations may be made in his honor online at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
