Obituary of Pablo Reyna Morales
Pablo Reyna Morales, 70, passed away in the company of his family at Peppi's House in Tucson on February 15, 2019, following a short illness. Paul was born on May 22, 1948 in Lordsburg, New Mexico and grew up in Cochise and Willcox, Arizona. Upon completing high school, Paul joined the U.S. Army. He proudly served 6 years in the Army, part of which included serving as Jumpmaster in the Fort Benning Army Airborne School.
Paul returned to Willcox after completing active service, and worked throughout southeastern Arizona over the years. He was a certified welder and had a broad set of skills as a mechanic. His employment history included track repair for Southern Pacific railroad, heavy equipment operator and mechanic, surveyor, commercial construction, and finally retiring from JimGlo Trailers in 2010. His work and leisure activities gave Paul a detailed view of the southeastern Arizona landscape that he loved so much.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents Pablo and Eustolia (Reyna) Morales. He is survived by his son Robert; former spouse Victoria L. Bowen; brother Benjamin Morales (Alicia), Willcox; sisters Sylvia Hammons (Mel), Willcox; and Eustolia Preece (Richard), Tucson; and numerous nephews, nieces, extended family members, and many good friends.
Memorial services will be held at the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 8650 N. Shannon Rd., Tucson, on Saturday March 23, 2019. Rosary will start at 10:00am, and followed by mass at 11:00am. Military honors and interment will follow at a later date at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 15950 N. Luckett Rd., Marana. Arrangements by Adair Funeral Home - Avalon Chapel.
