Obituary of Eleanor Martha Formo

Eleanor M. Formo, beloved wife of Peter L. Formo and loving mother of Deborah Formo of Tucson and Linda Formo of Plano, TX, passed peacefully on the evening of February 5th, 2019. Eleanor was born in Morenci, AZ in 1925 and resided in Tucson until her passing. She was a graduate of the University of Arizona (Class of 1948). Services were private.
