My deepest condolences to the Delgado family. I wish I knew Phillip was in Tucson while I lived just a couple of hours away. We had a couple of classes together In high school. I remember him so very well. Great guy, little shy but liked to kid around. I hope you can find comfort in knowing he is in gods arms and in no more pain.
