I just learned of Rick's passing. Rick and I were roommates in college and had many adventures during our college years. Many years later we met again while working for Pima County. Rick was a good man, a good friend, and he will always be etched into some of fondest memories. My condolences to his family and close friends. Mitch Gluck

I worked with Rick at Pima County. I shared a phone with Fred. I was about to get in the elevator to go home and Fred stopped me saying, "Rick is on the phone." My husband's name is Rick, so I assumed it was him. I picked up the phone and said, "Hello Darling." From then on whenever Rick Kelley and I would see each other we would say, "Hello Darling."
