Jeremy Cook AKA "JAY" was born to Alfred Cook and Verlene (Tina) Woods on May 13, 1986 in Yuma, AZ. He attended public schools in Yuma, AZ. Jeremy moved to Tucson, AZ. in 2011 He worked at Well's Johnson as a fabricator for 3 years. Jeremy was a very loving, caring and compassionate young man. He was so well loved by everyone he came in contact with. Jeremy was a jack of "ALL" trades. He really loved and took excellent care of his grandmother Goldie Woods. He would do anything possible to make her happy. He was always a very hard worker. He was very loyal to his "Homie's. Jeremy leaves behind in God's hands his loving girlfriend and partner GiGi Williams, his loving mother Verlene "Tina" Woods (Thomas Kumisca)of Tucson, AZ, his father Alfred Cook of Wellton, AZ, His grandmother Goldie Woods of Tucson, AZ. His children Damien and Gracie Cook of Tucson, Az (Vanessa), S"TraeYaa of Yuma, Az (DaeJaa). His sister's and brother's. Tierra Cook of Tucson, AZ, Chudnee Williams of Phoenix, Az. Vivian, Samantha Cook of Wellton, Az, Corey Cook of Tucson, AZ., Alfred, Jonathan, Duane Cook of Wellton, AZ. And a host of uncle's,niece's,nephew's, cousin's. We thank God for the family and friend's that said a prayer, sent flower's, sent a text, made a phone call.
