It's October and I'm missing my parents. You used to come to visit us in the fall to celebrate the colors and Lillyanne's birthday. It's been a while because of their mobility but I would share pictures and we would chat about our lives. I'm relieved that you are both without pain and dancing with the angels.
We were truly sorry to learn of Don’s passing. He was always the gracious host whenever we visited. His ever-present humor and optimism will be missed.
Don Misener picture reminds me of Job chapter 33 verse 25 which says, ''Let his flesh become fresher than his youth; let him return to his days of youthful vigor.'' Don Misener would be young again in God kingdom. The Bible and the website jw.org will guide us towards that hope
Well grandpa your time on earth is done, but wit, jokes, wisdom, guidance, and love will not. Thank you for everything You gave me in life directly and most importantly indirectly. I love you

I have always received comfort from the Bibles’ word at Philippians 4:7 which reads “and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus”.
