Obituary of Robert Bernard Bechtel

BECHTEL, Robert Bernard 85, of Tucson, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2018 at his home in Tucson, AZ. He was born on October 19, 1932 in Pottstown, PA to Leonard and Helen Bechtel. In 1972, he married Beverly Smith at their home in Kansas City, MO. In 1976, he accepted the position of Professor of Psychology at the University of Arizona, where he worked for 34 years until he retired in 2010. Robert is survived by his wife Beverly of 45 years, his daughters, Amanda and Carrah and his granddaughter, Elianna as well as his "adopted" children, Cynthia, Mary and Frank Willis.
