Greetings, My deepest condolences for this family. Loosing a loved one is a terrible experience. I wish to leave a bible scripture that has helped many in this situation, and I hope it does for this family too. Notice what Acts 24:15 that says "15And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." God has a brighter future where death will no longer be. He promises us, but there some things we can do in other to be in that future.
