My most sincere condolences to the Elbie family. Their is no doubt how much pain and suffering death causes us. At times like these I have found great relief in the Bible. The Bible contains Gods promises that assure us that a wonderful future awaits us. Thru these promises we can see how much God loves and cares for us. One particular Bible promise that has helped me is the one we find in Acts 24:15: “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that their is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” Thru the pages of the Bible we can see that God is “ the God of all comfort “ and that we can make the following words our own “For all things I have the strength through the one who give me power” (Phillipians 4:13). I truly hope you can find relief and hope in these Bible promises. Your family will be in our prayers. Sincerely, B. Garcia

Hello, my deepest condolences to this family. I simply cannot imagine the pain and suffering this family has gone through. Jehovah God cares for us when we are mourning, and also promises us a future without any suffering or death. We can find that promise in the Bible in Revelation 21:3,4 which says, "With that, I heard a loud voice from the throne say:"Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people, And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." This scripture has helped many who have gone through such difficult times, I hope it helps this family too. If you wish to find more comforting words you can visit jw.org/en and there are plenty of comforting articles and an online Bible. My deepest condolences, Cruz

Can not describe the sadness I feel; Uncle Stan and my dad Robert were true military men. Their sense of humor is for the heavens now. Uncle Stan will forever be in my heart and my family's.
