Obituary of Paul Alan Himmelberger

Paul Alan Himmelberger, Sr. was born October 6, 1924, in Myerstown, PA. to Ray A. and Florence L. Yingst Himmelberger. He died in Tucson, Arizona on November 17, 2017, two years after the death of his dear wife Alice June Grumbine Himmelberger. He is survived by two children, Paul A., Jr., (Gloria) and Nancy A. Plummer (Richard), four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a sister, Ruth Himmelberger Berry. Paul married Alice on Dec. 23, 1944 in Myerstown, PA. In 1974 they moved to Tucson and became members of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. Paul served on the church council and in the choir for over 63 years. A Memorial Service will be held at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church on Sunday January 7, at 1:00 pm. A reception will follow. In Lieu of flowers, please send donations to OSLC Endowment Fund.
