Obituary of Jeffrey Lee Sparkman

Jeffrey Lee Sparkman, 71, passed away August 22, 2017 in Tucson, AZ. He was born in Atlanta, GA, to William and Irene (Matthews) Sparkman. He was a resident of Arizona for 30 years. Jeffrey was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army from November 29, 1966 to September 6, 1968 and served a second term from March 20, 1979 to May 17, 1984 achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. He is survived by his loving daughter, Heather S. Threadgill of Troy, NC. A Graveside Funeral Service with honors was conducted on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 10:00 am in the AZ Veterans' Memorial Cemetery-Marana, AZ. Jeffrey was a very loved father and brother.
