Psalms chapter 37 verse 29 says, "The righteous will possess the Earth, and they will live in it forever." For humans who have died to live forever, then they have to experience resurrection. That is exactly what God promised in Acts chapter 24 verse 15: "There will be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous." Jehovah God can resurrect Robert Bailey in God's Kingdom.
