Obituary of Adam Pietruskiewicz

PIETRUSKIEWICZ, Adam 97, went to be with the Lord on June 1, 2017. Survived by wife, Paula; stepson, Mark Piccirello; granddaughter, Amber; brother-in-law, Charles DuMont; sister, Helen Donahue of Hudson, MA; cousins, Edward and Irene Jurus, many nephews and nieces, many friends and extended family. Adam served as treasurer on the Board of Directors for over 25 years at El Rio Health Center. Adam was also a long time member of the Arizona Polish Club. Memorial Service will be held on June 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to El Rio Foundation, 839 W.
