Obituary of William H. Shoun

SHOUN, William H. Bill was born on March 14, 1945 to Roderick and Margaret Shoun in Galveston, TX, he passed away May 25, 2017. He was a proud U of A graduate. He loved his Wildcats and his U of A attire. He was once even called a walking billboard! Bill enjoyed a 28 year career in sales and marketing at the Dow Chemical Co. He loved to play golf and was able to play many of the premier courses across the country. But most of all, he loved his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Becky Thrush in 1965. They were married for 52 happy years. He was a very generous and loving husband and father. He leaves behind his wife, Becky and their three children: daughter, Laura (Jim): sons, Dan (Pam), Tim (Melissa) and grandsons, Evan and Henry. He is also survived by his brothers, Mike and Steve, and their families. There will be a Celebration of Life at Bill and Becky's home on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Disabled American Veterans .
