Obituary of Michael Eugene Sanders

SANDERS, Michael Eugene 55, took his last walk HOME with the Lord on March 2, 2017 after his struggle with frontal lobe dementia. He is survived by his wife Andrea; his children, Kyle (Melanie), Ashley, and Joey (Corianne), four grandchildren; parents, Gene and Betty; siblings, Sharon, Krista, and Robert, 14 nieces and nephews, numerous in-laws, and countless faithful friends. He served his country in the US Air Force and the Air National Guard. Services to be held at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 1946 E. Lee. Visitation at 10:00 a.m., Rosary 10:30 a.m., Mass officiated by Father Patrick Crino 11:00 a.m. followed by full military honors. Private family committal will be held at Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please honor Mike's generous heart with donations to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and remember to thank a Veteran, help others in need, and look to the sky.
