Obituary of Jerold Pat Spivey
Jerold Pat Spivey took his last breath on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in Tucson, AZ where he spent his last days at the VA Hospice Center. He was 74.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Judi of 30 years, daughters lois McDonald, Lori Gomez and her husband Victor, son Scott Reck and wife Crystal and sister Diana Bailey. He had 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death: Hack and Pat Spivey, his parents, sister Lois Hammond, sons Kenneth Spivey and Michael Reck and Jimmy Bailey, brother in law.
Jerold aka Jerry, was born in Pryor, OK on June 8. He was an Army Veteran and enjoyed a successful career with the Veterans Administration for more than 30 years.
He was a loving husband, father and friend. Known for his God given charisma and sense of humor, he will be missed and loved forever.
Services will be held on Tuesday morning at 10:00 on February 21, 2017 at Adair Funeral Home - Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716.
