Obituary of Nancy Albrecht

ALBRECHT, Nancy 79, passed away on November 18, 2016 at the Casa de la Luz Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her brother, Drs. Peter Schmidt (Sherry); her husband of 56 years, Dr. Manfred; daughter, Hannah; son, Dr. Friedrich (Bonnie) and five grandchildren, Amanda, Karl, Eric, Harrison and Spencer. Nancy grew up in Interlaken, NY and received a B.S. in Nursing from Syracuse University in 1959. She was active in her husband's medical practice in Pittsford, NY for many years. After her husband's retirement in 1996 they moved to Tucson, Arizona. Nancy was a member of the Arizona Symphonic Winds and TSWA where she was an active volunteer in their youth clarinet program. She will be sadly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Michaels Church, 602 N. Wilmont Rd., Tucson, AZ on Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Contributions in her memory can be made to ASW at: P.O.
