In addition to being a talented and hard-working Special Agent for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, John was also a valued crew member of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office running team, participating as a crew member from 1994 through 2008 at the Baker to Vegas Law Enforcement Relay Race. For the majority of those years, John was our main follow-van driver, keeping our runners safe from vehicle traffic and ensuring that they were hydrated as they ran through the blazing heat of the Mohave Desert. John set the standard for this important team position and his many contributions were honored in 2015 when he was awarded the race baton from the 2006 race.
