I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the family. Something that has helped me in times like this is remembering what God has in store for us in the near future. Revelation 21:3,4 explains that God plans to end sickness, suffering and even death. For those who have already fallen asleep in death he plans on resurrecting them according to John 5:28,29. These are just a few scriptures that help us to see that God does care about us and will make changes so that we can enjoy life the way he intended.
